The client challenged Cypress with the need to enhance its employee's knowledge base, raise awareness of corporate priorities and increase cross-selling activity. A universal mechanism extending across all business units was of interest.

Cypress designed a dynamic motivation "platform" to function as a global, on-line repository for all aspects of internal incentives tied to sales, communication and new product information.
