Nation's second largest provider of cable products and services to customers such as Time-Warner and AT&T needed a fresh motivation strategy for top-tier sales account executives. White collar selling landscape is highly competitive, and the best sales producers are continuously courted by major competitors. The company needed to stimulate sales while improving morale and building loyalty through recognition.

Cypress designed an extremely exclusive "trip-of-a-lifetime" program targeting this well traveled, high net worth profile. Our responsibilities included:

Development of the system for enrollment, accounting and on-site logistics (including registration, rooming, food/beverage, daily events and transportation)
Contract Coordination with the hotel, airline and ground operator
All air ticketing
Production of the social events
Development and tracking of the incentive program

Nearly 50% of the eligible participants qualified for the travel award to Monte Carlo
The incentive program contributed nearly $40 million in incremental revenues to the company's bottom line
Employee turnover was reduced by over 20% during the period
