Directing Cypress operations from the home office in Mission, Kansas, Brent was Chief Operating Officer at a mid-sized incentive company for ten years prior to joining Cypress.

Stephanie Clifton joined Cypress as Director after 15 years at an industry leading meeting and expostion company where she was responsible for daily operations, client relations and sales growth. Her talent for creating lasting client relationships allows Cypress to maintain high customer retention while also enjoying consistent organic growth. Stephanie's responsibilities include management of daily operations and new business development.

With experience in sales, marketing and incentive project management, Steve is a founding member of Cypress' executive group. His ability to recognize underused performance potential and formulate detailed plans to maximize it helps his client projects succeed consistently. Operating from the Chicago office, Steve was a Senior Account executive with a "top 3" incentive firm before joining Cypress in 1997. He has helped clients such as Kimberly Clark, Navistar, GE Capital and Square D.
