With experience in sales, marketing and
incentive project management, Steve is a founding member
of Cypress' executive group. His ability to recognize
underused performance potential and formulate detailed
plans to maximize it helps his client projects succeed
consistently. Operating from the Chicago office, Steve
was a Senior Account executive with a "top 3" incentive
firm before joining Cypress in 1997. He has helped clients
such as Kimberly Clark, Navistar, GE Capital and Square
